The details you enter on your exhibition board will be used to print the physical board at your startup’s booth.
You can find your exhibition board by clicking here. Once you log in, you must go to 'Tasks', where you will see 'Complete your exhibition board'. All ticket assignees in your startup package will be able to access your exhibition board to make changes.
Should you have any issues, you can reach out to our team by emailing startupsuccess.lisbon@websummit.com
The information you submit on your Exhibition board will feature on your printed board, which will hang on your exhibition booth. It will display the following information about your company:
Company name
Company logo
Industry category
Elevator pitch
Country of HQ
Company website
Impact badge (if applicable)
Please note: Failure to complete your profile by your allocated deadline means that we will be unable to print your exhibition board or assign you an exhibition booth at Web Summit.
Enter the company name you wish to appear on your startup board.
Taglines or special characters not part of your company name will be removed.
You can only select one industry category, so select the industry you most want to target at Web Summit. Investors will also search and filter startup companies based on industry, so think about the focus of your company from this perspective to help you make your choice.
This is a short, 140-character summary of your product or service offering. Make sure your message is clear, coherent and grammatically correct. Please do not include any emojis, symbols, or additional images, as they will be removed before printing.
Please note: Exhibition Boards are not proofread before printing. Please make sure to check for typos and the correct use of characters.
Think of your exhibition board as your primary marketing tool. To maximise your impact at the event, ensure your elevator pitch is compelling, your logo is visually striking, and your pitch deck clearly communicates your goals to potential investors.
We require a .eps version so we can scale it for your exhibition board. We recommend going to a designer to get one created if you don't have one already.
If your logo is predominantly white or contains white text, please consider using an alternative version to help it stand out against your board's white background.
Your logo cannot contain a QR code. External QR codes are not compatible with our in-app QR code scanner and may confuse attendees.
Additionally, please do not add another company’s logo to your exhibition board.
Format: Must be a proper EPS file created in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. If you do not have access to these software, please contact your designer, who will have these files available.
No Placeholders: It cannot simply be a JPEG or PNG file saved as .Eps.
Scalability: It must be a pure vector file so it can be scaled up to exhibition-board size without any loss in quality.
For help understanding how to work with EPS files, please see our helpful logo requirements guide 👉🏽
