To log in to the platform and access your profile, you must click here and use the email linked to your ticket. You will be asked to complete the following:

1. Company Profile - This appears online in the app and website and helps other attendees learn about your startup before and during the event.

2. Attendee Profile - This is linked to your individual ticket and is used for networking, scheduling meetings, and personal visibility at the event.

3. Company Investment Form - This section is used to indicate if you’re seeking investment and to outline your fundraising goals.

Your Company Profile appears online in the app and website and defines how your company will be seen by other attendees. Startups usually display the same information here as is on the Exhibition Board, but it can be edited by you at any time should you wish to make any updates. 

We use your profile to create content for our website and searchable attendee databases, and to circulate to investors, media and VIP attendees.

For your startup to appear on our Featured Startups page, your company profile must be completed. This can be done by any member of your team with a ticket assigned to the Startup package.

Your Company Profile will display the following information:

• Company name

• Company logo

• Industry category

• Elevator pitch

• Pitch deck

• Country of HQ

• Company website

• Company socials

Your pitch deck

A pitch deck is a brief presentation, often created using PowerPoint or a similar application, that provides your audience with a quick overview of your business plan.

Uploading a pitch deck is important because it offers a concise way for attendees to get a feel for your company. You will also need a pitch deck if you wish to apply for our PITCH Competition. 

We know that things change quickly in startup land, so you can upload and update your pitch deck before and during the event to keep it as relevant as possible.

Please note: your pitch deck will be visible on the Web Summit platforms to all attendees.

Your Attendee Profile is linked to your individual ticket that has been assigned to you.

To access your Attendee Profile, you can log in here, where you will be prompted on the homepage to 'Edit your profile'.

You can upload your fundraising details by logging in here. Once logged in, you will see an option to complete your 'Company Investment Form' on the homepage.

Use this section to indicate if you’re seeking investment and to outline your fundraising details. This page can be updated at any time.  

The options you choose on this page will also determine what filters your startup will appear under on the Web Summit app, making it easier for the right people to find you.

Even if you aren’t currently fundraising, the right details can connect you with valuable contacts as your startup grows.
