For Collision, there are three options for generating leads by scanning attendees' badges.
Some partners allocate tickets to both clients and partners. To avoid any data breaches, all partners are assigned a set of “Partner” tickets and “Partner + company scanning” tickets.
Both "Partner" and "Partner + company scanning" tickets have equal levels of access to the event.
"Partner + company scanning" tickets allow partners to consolidate the company leads gathered by their team in one exportable file.
Please ensure you only allocate "Partner + company scanning" tickets to your team members focused on lead generation.
Any clients or guests should be assigned "Partner" tickets.
Please contact your Partner Success Manager if you would like to add company scanning access to more of your tickets. It is also possible to give any Executive or Chairperson ticket holders access to the lead scanning mode on request.
All attendees at Collision have access to the lead scanning function on the Collision mobile app.
This can be accessed from the bottom navigation bar as per the image to the right.
Once you scan an attendee they need to approve the scan on their app and they'll be added to your connections.
Your connections can be accessed from the menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of your app.
Things to note:
All information captured above appears in the full exported leads report.
Every scan (using the Collision app) requires acceptance from an attendee on their own app.
Your company profile displays your company information.
Each profile has the option to feature up to 6 attendees.
These attendees will feature on the company profile and will be able to access the connections gained from this page.
These connections can be found in the leads section on the Collision app.
