HP printers and Konica copiers
Staff are able to print documents to black and white grade level printers, a color printer in the copy room, and copiers located in the copy room (304) and mail room (101).
Dos 👍
- Please make sure that the correct printer or copier is chosen prior to pressing the print button.
- You may print on copy paper, card stock, envelopes, and index cards.
- Use the Konica copiers to print most documents, e.g. class sets and documents with numerous pages.
Don'ts 👎
- Do NOT print black and white copies on the color printer.
- Do NOT use construction paper, drawing paper, or newsprint in a copier or printer.
- Do NOT move printers. Instead, complete a Tech Help Request and list the new room location and reason for the move.
