One Word Goals & Creative Ways to Demonstrate Learning
You and your students can take part in the One Word challenge. Instead of creating a list of resolutions (which are typically things we want to stop doing), pick one word that will define you or that you will work towards this year.
Meredith Akers has created a great One Word activity for students.

Students can use Chatterpix to create a message about their One Word.
Using paper and markers, students can create a poster about their One Word. This could also be created with a digital tool such as Google Drawing or even the Drawing Carl app.
A link to our school website has been added to the students WakeID RapidIdentity dashboard. Once students sign in, they will see an icon that reads 'My School Website'. Clicking this icon will take students directly to our school website homepage.
