Canvas is the Learning Management System (LMS) used in Washington County Schools.
Your student will need to access Canvas daily for coursework, course information, and to communicate with teachers.
Canvas can be accessed through the district website, school website, and library website. You may also use this direct link: https://wcde.instructure.com/login/canvas.
Parents may create an account to observe your student's assignments in Canvas.
You will need a student pairing code, which you may request from your student’s teacher.
The code will expire after one use or after 7 days.
More than one code can be provided for multiple parents/guardians.
To create a parent account, visit our Canvas website and choose Parent of a Canvas User.
Fill out the name, email, password, and pairing code fields.
You will then login with that information.
