What is Financial Aid?
Financial aid helps students and their families pay for college. This financial assistance covers educational expenses including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation. There are several types of financial aid, including grants and scholarships, work study and loans. The first thing you need to do is apply for Free Application for Federal Student Aid - FAFSA.
FSA-ID (Federal Student Aid-identification):
Prior to completing the FAFSA, the student and at least one parent, must obtain a Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID). This serves as a legal signature and confirms your identity.
