The trombone section leader demonstrated excellent technique and musical knowledge. He was relaxed and encouraging around his group members. He was understanding of different ability levels within the group and reviewed/reinforced concepts as necessary for all to achieve.

Some group/team members speak disrespectfully about the ability of others.
Possible Resolution
The leader expresses that such language about peers is unacceptable in the organization. They suggest group/team drills for everyone to improve on the skills in question. The leader may refer this situation to an identified adult as needed.
