In order to enroll in Walpole Public Schools, families must provide proof of residency in the Town of Walpole.
Provide ONE of the following
Mortgage statement
Lease agreement
Residency Affidavit, if living with someone and do not have documents in your name - this form is available upon request
AND
Provide ONE of the following
Utility bill with your name and address, dated within the last 30-60 days
Property tax bill dated within the last 6 months.
