To be eligible for Preschool, students must be three (3) years old.
To be eligible for Kindergarten, students enrolling during the school year must be five (5) years old as of September 1.
To be eligible for Grade 1, students enrolling during the school year must be six (6) years old as of September 1.
Registration is not complete until the online registration form has been completed and submitted and the following documents are turned into the Superintendent's Office:

Birth Certificate
Proof of Walpole Residency (copy of a bill, lease, or Purchase & Sale with name and address)
Health history and immunizations (from physician)
Where applicable, please provide copies of the following:
Transcript from current school
MCAS scores
IEP or 504 Plan
Most recent special education evaluations
Required for Walpole High School only:
Discipline Report/Letter stating whether or not student had any disciplinary actions
Attendance record
