Kindergarten Pre-registration

Pre-registration begins in January for the following school year.

Pre-registration will be conducted from January 22 - January 25, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the main office of each elementary school. To pre-register a kindergarten age-qualified* child, a parent or legal guardian must:

  1. Complete the online pre-registration form**
  2. Present the following required registration documents to the neighborhood school during registration week:
    • proof of residency
    • health history and health records including immunization records.
    • Original birth certificate with seal

*Kindergarten age-qualified children are those that have turned five (5) years old before September 1 of the school year for which they are pre-registering.

** If your child is currently enrolled or receiving special education services thorough Daniel Feeney Preschool Center, you do not need to submit the online registration form, birth certificate, or proof of residency. However, you will need to provide the elementary school with a copy of your child’s latest physical along with the completed Kindergarten Enrollment Letter identifying your preference for the full or half day program and a deposit check if your preference is for full day kindergarten.
