Due in Milesplit by Tuesday 4/8 and 9:00 pm.

Unloading:
(A) All buses will turn off Route 31 on to Beacon Light Road. (Red Line)
(B) Buses will enter the school grounds by the tennis courts. (Red Line)
(C) Athletes will be unloaded at our stadium enterance Buses will unload at the at the blue lines. (Yellow Line)
Drivers will then follow the blue back to point (B) and take left turn. Drivers will then turn up the watertower access road (D)and follow the signs to gravel parking lot behind the track(E). (Blue Line)
If bus drivers want food/coffee they will head back out entrance (B) take a right followed by a left onto Route 31 (B) to park at the SavOn over flow parking lot.
Loading:
Teams will load buses from the gravel parking lot behind the track.
Spectator Parking:
Will be all available parking lots.
Camps:
Camps can be setup anywhere outside of the track.
Start Time:
We would like the meet to start at 10:30
Team Responsibilities:
Each team will need to provide at least 2 competent helpers. To run a field event. Sign up will be first come first serve. Teams not signing up will be assigned an event.

Medical:
We will have an trainer on site.
Facilities:
The school will be open for bathrooms only. This will not be a place for athletes to hangout. They will be asked to leave. Please police your athletes.
Restricted Areas:
NO one is to be on the turf field for any reason.
Order of Events: Track: Boys followed by Girls
Field: Long/triple jump Boys pit by pole vault. Girls pit by bleachers.
High jump boys and girls Boys pit turn 3. Girls pit turn 4.
Boys shot then boys discus (4 throws)???
Girls discus then girls shot (4 throws)???
