 Meet Information

Athlete Unloading:

 All buses will turn off Route 31 on to Beacon Light Road and enter by the tennis courts (A) and follow the red line  to unload athletes. Buses will unload at the designated spots green line.  VVS will have staff directing traffic.

Athletes will enter the athletic complex by the gate closest to the building. (Purple Star)


*********Coaches it is your responsibility to make sure your drivers park in their designated area.   Otherwise coaches may need to leave the meet and address their drivers.********** 

Drivers will then head back out entrance (A) take a right followed by a left onto  Route 31 (B) to park at the SavOn over flow parking lot.  This is the left turn before the gas station followed by a long entrance road.   Once in the parking lot the bus drivers will park in the lot to the left.  There is paved walking access from the parking lot to SavOn where there is food and restrooms.  DO NOT use the customer parking lot to park your bus or in the construction site across the street.  Their staff will ask you to move.  


Athlete Loading: 

Coaches will need to contact (exchange phone #'s) their drivers to be picked up.  Buses will return from the SavOn lot and head back to Beacon Light Road.  Drivers will then enter at (D) and follow the blue line.  Buses will load at the designated spots along yellow line.  Please NO stop signs out.  Once loaded buses will follow the blue line and exit at (A).

Spectators

 Tents: 

Tents can be setup on the practice football field next to the turf stadium.  Make sure all tents are outside of the starting cones.  Please NO team camps between the main school parking lots and the turf field.  May sure no tents are between the lines to the ticket booth at the end of tent city.

 Packets: 

Will be handed out from our ticket booth.

Concessions (Food trucks):

Shirts and Apparel :

Fleet Feet will be on site selling Section III merchandise.

Medical: 

We will have an athletic trainer on site and an ambulance on site.  It is going to be warm make sure your athletes are hydrating and have been eating.  This the coaches responsibility.

Facilities: 

The school will be open, but athletes will be restricted to certain area as we have done in the past.  Locker rooms will be available.  Athletes will be able to use the restrooms in the Sheveron Community Center.  Any athletes not acting appropriately may cause their team to be restricted from the building.

Restricted Areas: 

Only competing athletes and meet officials will be allowed inside of the track fence. 

NO one is to be on the turf field for any reason except for the awards ceremony.

Awards Ceremony:


The awards ceremony will be held on the turf stadium.  All spectators will be on the turf bleachers and award winners will enter the turf field.   See above for the schedule for times.

Box Assignments:

Each box is 8 feet wide.  Box 1 is closest to the school and the high numbers are towards the water tower.
