Athlete Unloading:

 All buses will turn off Route 31 on to Beacon Light Road and enter by the tennis courts (A) and follow the red line  to unload athletes. Buses will unload at the at the at the designated spots green line.

Drivers will then head back out entrance (A) take a right followed by a left onto  Route 31 (B) to park at the SavOn over flow parking lot.   SavOn does not want buses in their customer parking lot.  Buses will turn left into the SavOn over flow parking lot (The turn before the gas station). Once in the parking lot the bus drivers will park in the lot to the right.  There is a paved walking path to SavOn where there is access to food and restrooms.   

Athlete Loading: 

Coaches will need to contact (exchange phone #'s) their drivers to be picked up.  Buses will return from the SavOn lot and head back to Beacon Light Road.  Drivers will then enter at (D) and follow the blue line.  Buses will load at the designated spots along yellow line.  Please NO stop signs out.  Once loaded buses will follow the blue line and exit at (A).

Spectator Parking: 

• There is a $11.50 per person admission fee.

• Per New York State Athletics no cash will be accepted.  Must have a digital ticket.

• Tickets need to be downloaded, otherwise a huge backup of people at the ticket booths and spectators may miss their race.

• Coaches and Section Coordinators:  This is your responsibility to inform your parents of the parking requirements.

• Cars will enter the school at lot entrance (E)

• Cars will follow the marked entrance path (Purple Line) and follow parking attendants directions to park.

• General admission gates are at the yellow stars.

 Tents: 

Tents can be setup on the practice football field next to the turf stadium.  Make sure all tents are outside of the starting cones.  Please NO team camps between the main school parking lots and the turf field. Teams can claim their camp space on Friday.  However, no tents are to be left assembled on Friday evening.

 Packets: 

Will be handed out by section coordinators on Friday.  Contact your coordinator for exact location.

Shirts and Apparel :

State merchandise will be on sale.  Good weather: sales will be at our ticket both.  Poor weather: sales will be in the school.

Medical: 

We will have an athletic trainer on site and an ambulance on site.

Facilities: 

The school will be open, but athletes will be restricted to certain area as we have done in the past.  Locker rooms will be available.  Athletes will be able to use the restrooms in the Sheveron Community Center.  Any athletes not acting appropriately may cause their team to be restricted from the building.

Restricted Areas: 

Only competing athletes and meet officials will be allowed inside of the track fence. 

NO one is to be on the turf field for any reason.  

Races: 

• Will be added.

Awards Ceremony:

The awards ceremony will be held in the VVS practice gym.  All spectators and award winners will enter the gym through the side access door at (G).  The awards ceremony for each race will take place 1 hour after its start.  See above for the schedule.
