State Meet Official and Coordinator Parking Saturday Parking

Friday Official and State Coordinators Parking (Left picture):

All coordinators and state officials will turn off Route 31 on to Beacon Light Road and enter by the tennis courts (A) and follow the red line  to unload athletes. 

The coordinators will be arriving for their meeting before the buses.  They are to park along the green lines on the map, not the middle of the lots.  Parking in the middle will mess up bus parking.

Saturday Official and State Coordinators Parking (Right picture): 

• All officials, coordinators and members of press with appropriate credentials will turn down Beacon Light Road.

• They will drive past both school entrances on Beacon Light Road and enter the school grounds by our FFA barns.

• They will follow the road and park in the gravel lot behind the track.

• Notice this entrance crosses the course twice.  People parking here will be staying for the entire day.

• Officials will have their final instructions meeting either under the track bleachers or on the track in front of the bleachers depending on the weather.
