BI Track Championships

Entries:

Due in Milesplit by Wednesday 5/28 at 12:00 pm. 

VVS Event:

VVS is also hosting their Senior Awards on this night 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Due to this, the parking lots by the school (Orange Ovals) will NOT be available to the track meet.  These parking lots will be blocked off and there will be parking attendants directing traffic.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unloading:

All buses will turn off Route 31 onto Beacon Light Road and enter the school grounds by the FFA buildings.  They will then follow the water tower access road to the parking behind the track at Spot A.  Teams will unload here and enter the stadium. (Red Line)

Loading: 

Teams will load buses from the gravel parking lot behind the track where they unloaded

Spectator Parking: 

Spectators will enter the school grounds at the blue line off Route 31.  All other entrances will be blocked off.  Spectators will be then directed to park in blue lots.  These lots are grass and gravel.

 Tents: 

Camps can be set up anywhere outside of the track.  

Concessions:

VVS will be running a concession stand

Medical: 

We will have a trainer on-site. 

Facilities: 

The school will be open for bathrooms only.  This will not be a place for athletes to hangout, they will be asked to leave. Please police your athletes.

Restricted Areas: 

NO one is to be on the turf field for any reason.  

Field:

Boys long/triple pit by pole vault.  

Girls long/triple pit by bleachers.

Boys high jump pit turn 3.  

Girls high jump pit turn 4.
