Both teams form a line at the starting line

On the GO, first person in line for each team grabs a pinney of their color and runs to the board

drop your pinney in an open square and run back to give a high five

next person picks up a pinney and drops it in an open square, trying to get 3-in-a-row

If your team is out of pinneys and there's no winner, run to the board, pick up a pinney, and move it to an open square

player one stands on the basketball baseline with two dodgeballs on the ground next to their feet looking at the wall

player two stands inside the basketball court

player two can grab a dodgeball at any time, then turns and runs to the opposite baseline

as soon as the second player grabs a ball, player one grabs the other and chases player 1

player 1 can't throw the dodgeball until they cross the center line of the basketball court

form a cirlce with your group and put the cone in the middle

follow the movement instructions from the teacher/leader

when the teacher/leader yells "CONE," all players try to grab the cone in the middle

find an opponent and play Rock, Paper, Scissors (best 2 out of 3)

loser has to join the winner's train adn become their cheerleader

winners find new opponents and play again until there is one winner

groups of 2 or 3 people. 1 cone per 2 groups on the outside of the basketball court

defense: half of the groups start defending a cone with a ball on top

offense: half of the groups start with a ball inside the basketball court

• when you have a ball in your hand, it's Ultimate rules (no steps allowed)

offense tries to knock a defensive team's ball of their cone

when offense knocks off a defense's ball, they become the new defenders of that cone
