Welcome to the Team Sports Unit of our Physical Education program! This unit focuses on skill development, teamwork, fitness, strategy, and sportsmanship through a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, and volleyball.
Skill Development: Learn and practice the fundamental skills required for various team sports.
Strategy and Tactics: Understand and apply game strategies and tactics.
Fitness and Health: Improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall physical well-being through regular physical activity.
Teamwork and Cooperation: Engage in activities that promote effective communication, trust, and cooperation.
Preparedness, Sportsmanship, and Value: Being physically and mentally ready to show respect and a positive attitude. Value the benefits of being active and work hard to achieve them.
Participate in drills, practice sessions, and games. Assessments will include skill demonstrations, game participation, teamwork, game management, and reflections on your learning experience.
