(Ensure that the flower stalk are arranged diagonally across each other in one direction, forming a spiral arrangement)
8. Once you have achieved the desired arrangement of your flowers, tape the stalks together to secure it and prevent it from moving.
9. Cut the stems of the flowers on the same level so that the bouquet can stand.
10. Create an Aqua-pack by wrapping plastic around the ends of the stems (the plastic will be filled with water)
11.Cut the pink floral rice paper into 4 equal pieces.
12. Fold each of the 4 smaller floral rice paper in half and then half again but diagonally across the paper this time. Staple each one to secure them.
13. Wrap 3 of the rice papers around the bouquet and secure them to the bouquet with tape.
14. Wrap the 2-coloured floral wrapping paper around the bouquet. Secure it with tape.
15. Wrap the final piece of pink floral rice paper around the floral paper.
16. Tie the green and white ribbons around the bouquet handle then use the dark red ribbon to tie a French ribbon around it.
17. Finally, spray the bouquet with water and add water to the Aqua-pack to keep the flowers fresh!

Roses - Enduring passion

Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana' - AKA Iron leaf, perseverance, endurance, knowledge
This arrangement is full of bright flowers (White pompom, red roses and Gerbera, purple, white and red carnations) with different textures (Finger palm, Statice, curled onion grass leaves, Podocarpus, Baby's breath). The bright colours create contrast amongst the white flowers. The different textures and leaf shapes add texture to the arrangement. For instance, the Podocarpus has leaves that are slightly stiff, pointing upwards. The Statice are dipping outwards to create a 'water droplet' effect, opening up the arrangement. The Podocarpus, Statice, Baby's breath, White Phoenix and Hypericum are not arranged at uniform height to ensure to let the arrangement look more natural and wild. The curled leaves of the onion grass that protrude out of the side. along with the piece of Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana' leaf and Finger palm add details to the arrangement. Since all 3 of them are mostly green, they help bring attention to the colourful flowers in between them. The vibrant red Roses and Gerbera especially, catch my attention and make me feel happy and makes the arrangement appear very lively! This balance amongst the colours, textures, completed with the wrapping style, makes me feel satisfied with this bouquet arrangement!
Taking the plants' symbolisms into consideration, this arrangement can be used during happy, upbeat events! For instance it can be given to a close relative or friend as a birthday gift. For partners, it can be given as a Valentine's Day gift!
