Have you been feeling overwhelmed by the stress in your life? There's no escaping that there's always something to do. But do you have a practice which allows you to just be? To let your body completely relax with all the support it needs so that your breath can help guide you back to a state of wellbeing? I know how gripping it can be when stress and anxiety take hold, and I also know how difficult it can be to actually use those relaxing techniques when I most need them. It's much easier having a dedicated class with a teacher or facilitator to help guide. These sessions are designed to give you that support to find more ease within yourself. All welcome, no matter whether you've done any yoga before or not, even if you just want to chill out. Restorative yoga is very slow and bolsters and blankets are provided for your full comfort.
