All children are welcome to join Sophie, yoga and meditation teacher, and her yoga assistant and daughter Kayaan, and a lovely bunch of kids to learn how to use yoga for:

- stretching out sore muscles

- building a strong body

- developing balance and good posture

- calming the mind

- developing concentration

- learning how to bring mindfulness into daily life

- connecting to what is meaningful

Have fun with yoga-inspired games, movement, rhythm, mindfulness in nature and much more.

Rough age guide - 5-10 years, but please feel free to decide according to your own child.

Wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one - or you are welcome to borrow one if you need. Parent/guardian is welcome to drop off their child or to stay either in the room or in the waiting room outside, depending on support required.

$55 per child for the full 4 weeks. Discount available for siblings booking together. Limited spaces available, but minimum of 6 needed to go ahead with the sessions. Booking is essential.
