TOKIWA トキハ

The current music siren in operation was installed in 1975, but there was another music siren installed before it. In 1954, TOKIWA became the third department store in Kyushu to install a music siren. Though the original siren's schedule is unknown, it is likely the same as the current schedule. In 1970, the old music siren was removed for building renovations, and in 1975, the new music siren was installed.
現在稼働中のミュージックサイレンは1975年に設置されましたが、それ以前に別のミュージックサイレンが設置されていました。1954年、トキハは九州で3番目のミュージックサイレン設置デパートとなった。当初のサイレンの鳴動スケジュールは不明だが、現在のスケジュールと同じであった可能性が高い。1970年、建物の改修工事に伴い旧ミュージックサイレンは撤去され、1975年に新ミュージックサイレンが設置された。

It is known that this music siren also has the cylinders to play Kimigayo and Brahms' Lullaby.
このミュージックサイレンは、国歌『君が代』と『ブラームスの子守歌』を演奏する音曲カムも備えていることが知られている。
