Iga 旧伊賀市役所

The music siren atop the former Iga-Ueno City Hall was installed in 1982 after it was decided to move the music siren from the town's chamber of commerce. However, the town decided to buy a new music siren, which is the new music siren in place today. The city has said they will run the music siren until it cannot operate any longer, and maintenance will continue indefinitely.

The former city hall is currently being turned into a hotel, but as we understand, they still intend to run the music siren.
