WOMBAT is our customized ultra-high vacuum arc melter for making small batches of high-purity alloys (<20 g). It is equipped with a water cooling system to prevent copper crucible from melting, and two pumps (mechanical+turbo) for high vacuum. We have sucessfully melted tungten and other refractory alloys

AM300 is our selective laser melting (SLM) machine for metal additive manufacturing. It is designed by ITRI and remain space for customization. We use AM300 to print 316L SS consistently

- Max laser speed: 1200 mm/s

- Atmosphere: air, nitrogen

This is our high-vacuum furnace for various heat treatments of our as-casted/printed alloys
