Student rosters will be locked and finalized two weeks prior to the program at the latest.

The student and staff rosters will contain the relevant information.

What is the procedure for inviting guests?
Guests should be limited during classroom and group work time. If you have a guest that is requesting time with students during the program, please fill out the Google Form linked under the Big Ticket Items in the tracker. WSP staff will review and determine the best time for the guest to be present.

What does the cadence for planning meetings look like for campus stakeholders?
Kick-off call in January with planning calls each month starting in February or March leading up to the program. If more planning is needed, additional meetings can be added.
