  • • Seminar Style - modular style with the ability to move tables/desks into semi-circle for discussion. 

• 1 Room for break-out sessions

• 3 classrooms for the 3 research projects in which they need their own dedicated break-out space

• Lecture Hall (bigger room) - For morning lectures 11:00 am - 12:15 pm

  • • It is acceptable to have 1 lecture hall and 2 additional classrooms

• 2 Classrooms

    • During Case Study time, participants will need to be able to work together.

AV equipment to connect laptops or use desktop for presentations

Projection equipment not needed for breakout rooms

Access credentials (or personnel to grant access) from 7:30 am-10:00 pm

Due to the population that WSP serves, there is a higher need for accessibility. Considerations should be made for wheelchairs and other mobility devices during the planning stages. If any of the below items are a concern on your campus, please communicate that during boot camp planning calls. 

• • • Walking distance between the dining hall, classroom, and housing

    • Accessible parking spaces available near housing, classrooms, and dining facilities

    • Dorms, dining halls & classrooms are wheelchair accessible

Where available, access to a gym or workout facility should be provided for the duration of the program. 

While not required, access to campus libraries provides an alternate space for participants to work and collaborate.
