The Warrior-Scholar Project Business program is a week-long immersive experience that simulates college through faculty-led classes, case studies, business prep, and college success workshops. It builds a strong foundation in business fundamentals, equipping participants to transition from military service to a business-related undergraduate program.

Schedule:
Asynchronous prep work before the program starts
Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM – Lead case study project groups
Friday, 1:45 PM – 3:15 PM – Facilitate group case study presentations

Must have an MBA or be a current MBA student (advanced undergraduates considered case-by-case)
Expertise in case method and ability to teach fundamental case analysis
Comfortable working with students of varying experience levels
Read and prepare case study projects before the course
Guide, mentor, and advise participants throughout the program

Student Demographics: Participants are enlisted veterans transitioning to college, with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of business experience.
Case Study Approach: CSLs will initially work with individuals and then facilitate small group projects as participants gain confidence.
Flexibility in Teaching: While case topics are pre-selected, CSLs have freedom in how they teach case analysis and guide participants through discussions.
Collaboration: CSLs will work closely with WSP fellows, central staff, and faculty to ensure a smooth experience for participants.
Support Available: WSP provides structured case study materials, training, and staff support to help CSLs prepare and succeed in their role.
