Tasks:
• Designed, analyzed, and qualified flight components to protected sensitive components and decrease Falcon 9 inspection scope
• Tested tube fatigue behavior and used test data to descope majority of interstage tubing from inspection
• Led campaign to kickoff a new block change by designing and qualifying new flight components, overseeing production and integration, and meeting with stakeholders to verify planning
• Analyzed material change for critical component on crewed launch and provided rationale for acceptance
• Designed and manufactured test fixtures and submitted test plans to extend fairing qualification lifespan
• Learned to use engineering resources such as ASTM specifications, MMPDS, and NASA SMC-S-016
