Career and Professional Development Center Student Advisory Council

As part of the CPDC SAC, I was a part of a selective group of 20 students that provided feedback to the CPDC on their efforts to promote career development programs such as Handshake and appointments with career advisors. Our advice was taken and used to improve the CPDC's services, as well as in some cases directly submitted to Handshake and may have been used to improve the Handshake services.

• Learned about career and other professional development tools in detail

• Able to suggest improvements to CPDC and Handshake and help other students

• Networked with career professionals at Carnegie Mellon
