Quinn's crush on Peeta is purely one sided and that is how I will write it unless discussed otherwise. If you write Peeta and would prefer the crush be removed altogether, please let me know.
ABOUT
The Bennett family owns a textile/seamstress shop that's located across the road from the Mellark family's bakery. She learned how to sew, crochet, embroider, and knit from her grandmother and mother. It's with these skills that she likes to make flowers or add hidden patches inside others' clothes with brightly colored fabric and yarn that she'll acquire at the black market.
While Quinn is her middle name, she prefers to go by that. As she sees Magnolia as old fashioned. She is the same age as Katniss, Peeta, and Gale. Growing up, she became best friends with Peeta. as would regularly go to pick up bread from the bakery and his parents commissioned new aprons and oven mitts from them anytime they got too worn down. Peeta is her best friend, and she wouldn't know what to do without him. She also may or may not have a secret school girl crush on him. So it's safe to say him being reaped for the 74th Hunger Games devastated her.
While she was relieved with Peeta having survived and won the Hunger Games, she had vowed to herself to never speak of her crush. The last thing she wanted was to make matters worse for her best friend. Especially since he was so clearly and openly in love with Katniss. She'd rather have him in her life as only a friend, than to risk losing him completely by being too honest.
When Peeta and Katniss returned, Peeta worked with Cinna for him to mentor her as a potential Capitol Stylist. Building up the story of rags to riches in a sense. However, that did allow her to be Peeta and Katniss' designated District Styler when cameras weren't rolling. It paid well and she even attempted to teach Katniss how to knit. Because of all of this, she was able to go to the Capitol with the two when they were reaped for a second time in a row in honor of the 75th Hunger Games. Where she helped Cinna design and create Peeta and Katniss' looks for the games. She had a special interest in Peeta's interview suite. Making sure to sew in a flower on the inside of his blazer so that he would have a piece of home when he was out on the stage. She did something similar with Katniss' dress and put a bright piece of fabric inside the neckline of her dress for the same reason.
When the arena for the 75th Games was destroyed and victors were either kidnapped or freed, she was taken to District 13 for her own safety. Her whole family died when District 12 was bombed. Leaving Peeta as the only family she had left. Seeing the state he was in because of him imprisonment with the Capitol broke her inside. So when they were finally able to get him out, she did her best to help take care of him. Despite the effects of the Capitol's hijacking, she was determined to hep anyway she could.
Once the revolution was over, she moved to the Capitol and chose to continue her career as a stylist. Creating new designs and forms of creativity once again. Breathing life and individuality into a place that had forgotten what it was like to be human.

VERSES
Unlikely Victor
This is a verse connected with my interpretation of Gale. Instead of Katniss and Peeta being tributes in the 74th Hunger Games, it is Quinn and Gale. The two butt heads almost immediately. Part of it is because Quinn is a merchant's daughter while Gale is from the Seam. another is that Quinn finds Gale stubborn and arrogant. Gale thinks she's weak and isn't afraid to voice it. Still, they're forced to act friendly in front of the camera and during training. In the arena, they go their separate ways, but it doesn't stay that way. Gale is a strong competitor in the arena, and the careers eventually manage to ambush him. Even though he manages to get away, he's seriously injured. Which is how Quinn finds him. She's managed to kill a few tributes herself with the spear and rope she caries, but decides to help Gale instead of killing him. She patches him up as best she can, but he really needs stitches to properly treat one of his wounds and keep it from getting infected. Medicine and a suture kit is offered up at the Cornucopia, and despite Gale's protests, she makes her way to the trap. Barely making it back alive, Quinn stitches him up and keeps watch while he sleeps. Her desire to help him made Gale protective of Quinn. Something he doesn't realize until it's only the two of them left. Neither of them want to kill the other, so Gale offers up an alternative. What if they don't have a victor? They could jump on one of the remaining mines and screw up their whole design. Taking both of them at once. The thought terrifies Quinn and they have a heartfelt moment on top of the Cornucopia before holding on tight to one another and moving to jump before any mutts can get ahold of them. Before they can, however, a voice is announcing them as the victors of the 74th Hunger Games.
Back home, Quinn focuses on her sewing, knitting, crocheting, etc and even picks up a bit of cross stitching. She starts making he own clothes with all the free time she now has. That is, when she's not arguing with Gale or trying to convince people that the two of them are in love. Their show in the arena had convinced the Capitol of that, and Snow had warned that if such pretense wasn't kept up, that there would be dire consequences. So she tries her best to hide the fact that Gale infuriates her at almost every turn, and keep him from saying anything dangerous that could get their loved ones killed.
After the 75th arena was destroyed, Quinn was rescued, and Gale captured and hijacked. Becoming the Capitol's pawn to try and gain back control from the rebels and District 13. Katniss saved Gale's family and Peeta from the bombing of District 12, but Quinn's family had no such luck. She's left with Peeta as her only family in District 13. When Gale freed from the Capitol and brought to District 13, he's aggressive and unsure. Not knowing what is reality and what was made up by his captors. Quinn stays by his side the whole time while he is trying to come to grips with reality. Despite how dangerous it could be. Eventually she catches word of Gale creating military plans for Coin to cripple the Capitol and its citizens. Which she confronts Gale about and their fighting and arguing starts up again. Eventually, she helps him realize that he was being used. He no longer trusts President Coin. Especially after the bombing of Capitol citizens that also killed their own medics; Prim included. After caring for Prim like family, he's devastated and is determined to confront President Snow. Worried for his state of mind, Quinn goes with him and they face Snow together. Having both lost a great deal to him.
When Coin suggests a symbolic Hunger Games with the kids of the Capitol, Quinn votes against it and is horrified when Gale votes for it with the condition that Snow has a public execution. Coin is killed instead and the idea of a symbolic Hunger Games never leaves that room. With the rebellion over, Quinn moved to District 2 to continue rewriting the wrongs that had been done for the last 75 years and setting up reparations for the districts. Working in the government alongside Gale to keep history from repeating itself. The rest is for them to decide.
