ABOUT

Stella is the daughter of Dr Christine Palmer and Dr Stephen Strange. Christine never took Stephen's last name. So, legally, Stella's last name is a hyphonated version of both.

In another universe, Christine became pregnant during her relationship with Stephen, and the pair decided to get married. They wanted to give their daughter a happy and healthy home life. However, after the accident that tore apart his hands, the family dynamic changed drastically. Stephen ate up all of their money trying to completely restore his hands. During a major fight between her parents, Christine had had enough and left. She took Stella, who around 10 at the time, and the rest of their savings along with her.

A year later, Stephen returned to New York after his fight with Kaecilius and defeat of Dormammu. Though, Christine and Stephen were hesitent on getting back together, but she allowed him to be in Stella's life. Regardless of their relationship status. Stella grew up surrounded by both the medical and mystical world. Even though she's known her father as both a doctor and a sorcerer, she mainly associates him with the Mystic Arts. Since that is his current focus outside of his family.

Though Stephen allowed her to abserve his magic and continued training, he refused to fully train her until she finished college. Wanting to make sure she was open to all options and possibilities for her life. So she decided to pursue Chemistry while in college. Once finishing her bachelor's degree, her father agreed to take her under his wing. Though, she is working towards her doctorate while learning the Mystic Arts.

Stella has a photographic memory like her father, and aims to be the best she can be. She also has a strong desire to do good, and make a difference in the world. She prefers to go by her mother's maiden name, Palmer, instead of her father's. Her go to weapon(s) when fighting is the Daggers of Daveroth.
