Action Team Nomination Forms
Below you are able to either nominate yourself of nominate someone else who you think would make a worthy candidate for the student council action team. You have 2 nominations which you can make.
The following conditions apply:
- You must have the consent of the person you wish to nominate.
- You may only nominate once.
- You must use your vote constructively and with positive intentions.
- You must vote by Tuesday 18th September
- Form Representatives will be selected Wednesday 19th September
- Student council members will be notified on Thursday 20th September

You may elect either yourself or someone else to represent your form at Action Team meetings. The pupil who receives the most nominations in the form will be appointed Form Action Team Member.

You may also elect an Independent Action Team Member that will represent you year group, but not your form. The pupil selected to become an Independent Action Team Member will be chosen due to their suitability and will not be selected based on the number of nominations received.
