Coding club is a club which GCSE students can practice their coding skills that is part the Computing GCSE. It is a quiet place so people don't have any distractions and can fully concentrate on any skills they require to practice. Coding club can be used to catch up on work you may have missed or just to get ahead of others to make sure everything is on time.

I like coding club because it is a good environment to practice and everyone will help each other if there are any problems that need conquering. Also a wide range of coding programs are available such as small basic and python so a wide range of classes can be covered.

Coding club for GCSE students is on a Thursday at lunchtimes at E6 so no need to stay after school and that also means that you don't need to go outside on lunchtimes! All pupils can eat their lunch too.

There is also a Coding club for year 7'snd 8's at D5 at the same time too so everyone has the opportunity to catchup, practice or have fun!

All you have to do is get a pass from Mrs Dawson to enter Discovery or Expression zone to get to the club!

Coding Club is a club where you get to code programs. It is fun and will be good if you take Computer Science in GCSE, or if you find coding fun and you want to do it. I like it because I can be inside and I like practising programming. I find it fun to program and it will help me in my GCSE's and other exams for Computer Science.

I am developing not only my programming skills, but my team working skills as well, because I am helping others out in coding, and am helping people learn how to code programs.

I recommend this club as it is usually quiet as not too many people come here, so there aren't many distractions. Furthermore, people are willing to help others if they need help, so if you want to learn coding, people are willing to help you.

For GCSE coding club, it is on a Thursday during lunch time (1:10-1:50) and in E6, and for year 7 and 8 it is at the same time, but in D5.
