3. Once done installing the applications in Step 2, install Thinscale. Download the link to the installer here:

4. Once installed, launch Thinscale SRW by logging into the newly created profile. Once inside Thinscale SRW's desktop environment, Double click on Internet Explorer to change the Proxy Settings. The link to the guide can be downloaded here
5. After, we manually input the proxy on IE, go to global protect application and connect.

6. On the first use of browser, you will encounter this proxy pop-up just login your NT Credential, follow the format on the photo and sign in to access all the tools/links.
UNINSTALLATION GUIDE
This is the process on how to uninstall thinscale on your PC/Laptop.
COMMON ISSUE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue:
•Thinscale not working
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Run the thinscale validation tool to make sure that the specification of your device are pass to the requirements (https://my.thinscale.com/bly/DzG0KT)
2.If BYOD meets the requirements, reinstall the thin scale application.
3.to do that need to:
a)Uninstall the thin scale first.
b)Uninstall the Global Protect.
c)Reinstall the Global Protect First.
d)Reinstall the thinscale application.
e)Have the user to test connect to GP
f)If it is working input the proxy or pac file to the browser
g)Let the user try all the tools and site while GP is connected.
Issue:
•GP not working within ThinScale
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Check first the agent Profile including the Security Group
2.If agent doesn’t have an existing Security Group, Add SG
3.If the agent still unable to login into GP.
4.Coordinate with Security Operation for checking with the user’s VPN access.
5.If reinstallation of GP has been recommended, follow the below steps:
a)Uninstall the thin scale first.
b)Uninstall the Global Protect.
c)then Install again the Global Protect First.
d)Then Install the thinscale application.
e)Have the user to test connect to GP
f)If it is working input the proxy or pac file to the browser
g)Let the user try all the tools and site while GP is connected.
Issue:
•Cannot receive code to GP duo within ThinScale
Troubleshooting Steps:
1.Coordinate with the Security Operations to resend the activation link.
2.Have the user register on the new activation link
3.If still the same, advise user to reinstall the duo mobile app on his/her mobile
4.If still the same, reinstallation of GP is needed, follow the below steps:
a)Uninstall the thin scale first.
b)Uninstall the Global Protect.
c)then Install again the Global Protect First.
d)Then Install the thinscale application.
e)Have the user to test connect to GP
f)If it is working input the proxy or pac file to the browser
g)Let the user try all the tools and site while GP is connected.
Issue:
•Citrix VCC agent can't open within ThinScale
Troubleshooting Steps:
1.Optimized the browser by clearing cache, cookies and browsing history
2.If issue persists, close all the application then click the logoff button in thin scale and relog in again.
3.Then have the user check the Citrix application.
