INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION GUIDE

Follow the instructions below to install and configure the GlobalProtect VPN Application on your desktop or laptop

1) Download the GlobalProtect VPN Installer via the link below. Click the "Download" button once prompted

To check if your PC/Laptop is running a 32bit or 64bit OS, you may follow the instruction below or view the link.

2) After downloading, double-click the installer from its saved path

3) Launch the installer for Global Protect. When prompted by the installation wizard, click “Next”.

4) Select your preferred Installation Folder. Click “Next” once done.

5) To begin the installation, click "Next” and wait for the installation to be finished.

LOGGING IN TO GLOBAL PROTECT

1) Open the system tray icon and select Global Protect Icon "This is located on your taskbar below click the upper arrow to show the icons"

2) Enter the Portal Address 103.136.169.2 then click connect

3) A Server Certificate Error prompt will appear. Click “Continue”.

4) Sign in to Global Protect using your INSPIRO credentials. "MAKE SURE TO PUT inspiro\ before the NT" Wait for the prompt that says “Connected”.

HOW TO SWITCH PORTAL ON GLOBAL PROTECT VPN

Go to Global Protect VPN and click the three bar on the upper right and click the settings and sign out your account.

Once you sign out click add portal then add 103.136.181.2

Now close the global protect settings and go to GP on your taskbar then click the down arrow to switch the portal and select 103.136.181.2 and click connect.

Upon connecting the Server Certificate will appear just kindly click continue and after that login your Insprio\NT, now you're good to go and connected to the new portal.
