Follow the instructions below to sign in or configure Avaya One - X Application on your desktop or laptop
1) Click the Start button and search for Avaya One-X Agent. You may also double click the icon of Avaya One-X Agent on your desktop to launch the application.
2) Once the application appear, click on Change Login Settings to redirect in configuration setting.
3) In Avaya Configuration Setting, fill in the blank fields which includes the Extension, Password and Server Address. Use your OWN EXTENSION and put 10.8.207.23 on Server Addess. Check also the boxes as shown in the picture below.
4) Once configured, the Login Extension will pop up just click Login to proceed.
5) You are now successfully logged in and may use the avaya one-x agent.
