1) Download the CMS Supervisor R19 installer via the link below. Click the Download button once prompted
2) After downloading, right-click on the installer and choose "Run as Administrator".
3) Once the installation window appears, click "Next" on the bottom of the window. If CMS Supervisor R18 is pre-installed, you may be prompted to uninstall it. Just click "Yes" to proceed with the uninstallation.
5) On the Setup Type Window, choose "Typical" for the setup and click on "Next" to proceed
6) On the Ready to Install the Program Window, just click "Install" to proceed
7) Wait for the installation to be completed. Once done, click "Finish"
8) Access the installed CMS Supervisor R19 via Start Menu > Avaya > CMS Supervisor R19 -- English or via the CMS Icon on your desktop (if available)
9) On the CMS Window, the Options Window will also pop-up upon first use. If not, access it via Tools > Options. Then click the "New" button
10) On the Server Properties window, type the CMS Network Address 10.8.207.29 (Primary Server) and/or 10.14.207.29 (Secondary Server). Please make sure that the selected Server Version is CMS R18 and SSH for the connection type. Then click "OK"
11) Click "OK"
12) Click on the "Connect" Menu then "Login" on the drop-down menu
13) Choose the server you would like to use, input your Login ID and Password and click "OK"
You may also use the old CMS Server 10.8.3.20, but make sure to set the server version to CMS R16
