2) Re-position the device in an unobstructed location or open area to ensure your Wi-Fi network has a strong signal anywhere in your house.
3) Please try to toggle 3G and observe connection then switch back to LTE.
Network LED color blue: Connected to a 3G network.
Network LED color cyan: Connected to an LTE network.
4) Performed factory reset.
Push the reset button using a pin for 10 seconds. Wait for the device to reboot.
Wait at least 2 minutes before testing or using the device.
Please monitor the connection after an hour since the reset may take effect longer.
