Zoom is a software platform that allows people to video conference. This program has been used in many school boards to support distance learning. An educator is able to record their class sessions which allows the students to revisit the material that was taught. In addition, students can be placed into "breakout rooms" to work in small group activities and/or have open-ended discussions.
