DPA stand for Daily Physical Acitivty (DPA). My fellow teacher candiates and I have created a DPA Dice Activity Video. This is a potential activity that can be implemented with any age group. Depending on the students skill level, the dice can be changed.

S- These are some of the many exercises that I will be doing: https://www.healthline.com/health/cardio-exercises-at-home#beginner. This goal is important because it helps me to improve my weight management goals and to reduce my mental anxiety. I will be doing my goal myself while in the comfort of my own home. Due to covid-19, I do not feel comfortable going to a gym.
