This site has been created to share knowledge and best practice around Digital Transformation and it's potential applications within the Venture Matrix scheme at Sheffield Hallam University. It is primarily aimed at existing staff in the Venture Matrix team but has been designed to support new staff joining the team in the future, as well as colleagues and stakeholders which the scheme supports. Take a look at these example personas for two typical users of this site.
In this turbulent time, where there lies uncertainty and dwindling resources, small teams such as Venture Matrix need to innovate more than ever, to succeed, deliver on stakeholder expectations and differentiate themselves from the competition.

As a whole this toolkit is a resource which can furnish Venture Matrix stakeholders with information and a perspective on how digital transformation can be applied to the scheme.
What is digital transformation? What does it mean, what does it include and what doesn't it include?
What is the Venture Matrix scheme? How has it previously operated, how does it currently operate and how does it plan to operate in the future?
How can Digital Transformation be applied to the Venture scheme and can it add value?
It's important to gain feedback on this toolkit and on the in practice examples, as part of a cohesive loop feedback.
It is hoped that this toolkit will help the Venture Matrix team to embark on a sustained and successful digital transformation journey, helping it to 'level up' and advance it's offering to stakeholders.
