Viera HS will record All-County Jazz auditions between Monday, Nov. 28-Friday, Dec. 2 (the week we return from the Thanksgiving Break). Students will sit with a director and record their etudes, optional improvisation, and sight-reading. Recordings of auditions MUST be uploaded on Friday, December 2 in order to be considered for placement in the All-County Jazz Band.

• All-County Jazz Auditions will take place on campus at Viera High School on Tuesday, November 15.

• Students who are auditioning for the All-County Band should see a director to receive the exact audition time slot. Students should plan to be on campus about 45 minutes before their audition to get in line for registration, warm-up, and then travel to their audition room. Results will be available about 1-week after the audition.

• Students who will serve as volunteers for the event will need to remain after-school on 11/9, and plan to remain on campus until around 9:00pm. Pizza and drinks will be provided for free, and if you cannot eat pizza you should plan to pack food for dinner. Students can remain in their school attire for the event (no uniform is necessary).
