You do not need a calendar account. The calendar stores your selected church edition, language, display size, contrast, animation and time-zone preferences, saved dates, personal notes and an unfinished-note draft in local browser or WebView storage. Notes may contain personal or religious information you choose to enter. The calendar code does not automatically send these notes or saved dates to VibeLab Studio, a church source or an advertising service.
The app uses localStorage for personal settings and notes. On supported websites, a service worker caches calendar files, fonts and seasonal images so they can be used offline after download. Android editions may instead load files included in the app. Local notes are not an encrypted vault. Device access, browser settings and Android backup or restore settings can affect the confidentiality and persistence of local data.
A backup you explicitly export contains your notes, favorites and preferences in a readable JSON file. A recipient or cloud-storage provider you choose can access that file. You decide where to keep it and must delete it separately when no longer needed. Import reads the backup you select or paste. Sharing a day and exporting an ICS calendar event include public calendar information and source links, but exclude your personal notes. Clipboard access is used after you choose a copy action; the app does not read your clipboard automatically. Other apps and share destinations apply their own policies.
Android editions may display Google AdMob advertising supplied through Andromo, separately from the calendar web code. When enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The information processed depends on the SDK version, consent, ad settings and any mediation partners in the installed edition. The standalone calendar HTML does not include an AdMob or analytics SDK. Personal notes and favorites are not used by the calendar code as advertising-targeting parameters.
Where required, the Android advertising integration must provide the relevant disclosures and consent choices before requesting ads. Available privacy choices depend on the installed edition and region. You can also use Android advertising-ID controls and Google ad settings. Non-personalized ads can still involve device storage or measurement. This web calendar does not implement a substitute consent form for a native advertising SDK. Contact VibeLab Studio if an advertised Android edition does not provide the privacy choices applicable to your region.
Church-source pages open only when you follow a link; the calendar does not automatically fetch a new church calendar in the background. External websites receive ordinary request information and follow their own policies. If you use a hosted web edition, its hosting provider receives technical network information, including IP address, to deliver the site; provider logging and retention are governed by its terms. If you email support, VibeLab Studio and its email provider receive your email address and the information you send. Please do not send private notes or backups unless necessary for your request. Session diagnostic incidents are held in app memory, not automatically sent to a remote crash-reporting service by the calendar code.
Local calendar information is used to show your preferences, saved dates and notes, recover unfinished work and support the backup actions you request. Support messages are used to answer your request and resolve problems. The calendar has no developer-operated note-sync service. Advertising and hosting providers process the data described above under their own terms. We may handle information where legally required, but do not describe the final Android package as collecting no information solely because the calendar itself works locally.
Local data remains until you remove it or clear the relevant app or website data. You can delete a note by clearing its text and saving, and remove a favorite in its day dialog. Clearing Android app storage or browser site data removes the local calendar storage for that installation; older migration keys can also remain until site/app data is cleared. Uninstalling is subject to device backup and restore behavior. Backups saved outside the app must be deleted separately. There is no calendar account to delete. For information held in support correspondence, contact projects.mma@gmail.com to request access or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention needs. Ad providers retain data according to their own policies.
We aim to limit the information used by the calendar and do not upload local notes automatically. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your device and exported backups protected. Google and other providers may process information in countries outside your own, according to their policies and applicable safeguards. Do not assume that local notes or backup files are encrypted because an advertising provider encrypts its own network traffic.
This calendar is intended for general readers and is not designed specifically for children. Android advertising, target-audience selections and any child-related settings must match the distributed edition. If you believe a child has provided personal information to VibeLab Studio, contact us so we can investigate and respond.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Use local deletion controls for data kept only on your device; contact VibeLab Studio about information it holds, and use the relevant provider controls for advertising or other services. We may update this policy when the app or data practices change. The effective date identifies the current published version.
