This policy explains how Country Trails: Country Music Radios, provided by VibeLab Studio, handles information. Contact: projects.mma@gmail.com.
Country Trails plays internet radio and hosted music recordings. The interface is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is packaged for Android through Andromo. You do not need to create an account. VibeLab Studio does not operate an account or cloud-library backend for this application.
Your favorites, playlists, recent listening, queue, playback position, sleep timer and preferences are saved locally using app or browser storage when available. The app does not automatically upload this library to VibeLab Studio. You can export a backup yourself. Exported files remain wherever you save them and must be deleted separately.
An optional playback check records a limited session report in memory, including event times, selected recording IDs and titles, playback states and whether the app page was visible or hidden. It does not record microphone audio, GPS coordinates, advertising IDs or other hardware identifiers. It is not sent automatically. If you copy or share the report yourself, you choose the recipient. The report is cleared when the page session ends or when you clear it.
Playing audio connects your device to radio stations, Internet Archive or their hosting and delivery providers. Those services receive information needed to deliver the stream, such as your IP address, requested resource and ordinary connection metadata. They may keep their own server logs. Their practices and retention periods are governed by their policies; VibeLab Studio does not control their servers. Music requires an internet connection.
The Android edition is intended to display Google AdMob advertising configured through Andromo. The advertising integration is outside the HTML package. When enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and any configured partners may process IP addresses, device or other identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate approximate location. Exact processing depends on the released SDK versions, consent, settings and advertising configuration.
Where required, advertising consent and privacy choices are provided by the Android advertising integration. The HTML privacy page does not set your ad consent. You can use the privacy controls offered in the installed edition and your Android advertising settings. Choosing limited or non-personalized ads does not necessarily prevent every form of data processing needed to deliver, secure and measure ads.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information in support messages.
Local library information supports playback and personalization on your device. Stream providers process connection information to deliver audio. Advertising providers process information as described above and in their policies. Information you send to support is used for support. We may disclose support information when required by applicable law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell your local listening library or upload it to an advertising service through the HTML code.
Local library data stays on the device until you remove it, reset app storage, uninstall the app or the system removes it. In the app, Settings → Privacy & local data → Clear local data removes Country Trails library data and preferences for this installation and reloads the interface. It does not erase exported backups, third-party server logs, advertising data held by other providers or support emails.
Support messages are retained as needed to handle the request, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us. Rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. We cannot directly delete records held independently by stream or advertising providers.
The audio links in this release use HTTPS. We use reasonable precautions appropriate to the information we handle, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and backups. Local data can be lost if app storage is cleared; export a backup if you want to keep it.
Country Trails is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13. Live broadcasts and recordings may contain lyrics, speech or advertising unsuitable for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to VibeLab Studio, contact us so we can review the request and remove information where appropriate.
