Organic House Music
Organic House Music is a music and internet-radio listening app provided by VibeLab Studio. This policy explains the app's local library, streaming connections, support correspondence and advertising. The Android app uses an Andromo WebView to display the HTML5 player. Advertising, where enabled in the Android release, is supplied through Google AdMob rather than the HTML5 player itself.
The HTML5 player stores favorites, playlists and their names, listening history, playback positions, the listening queue, saved moments, text-only radio discoveries, Journey preferences, language and player settings in local storage on your device. This lets the player restore your library and place in a recording. These library records are not uploaded by the HTML5 player to a VibeLab Studio account or server. Organic House Music does not offer account creation or cloud synchronization.
Library export creates a JSON backup file that you choose to save. Import reads the backup file you select. A backup may contain your playlist names and listening activity; keep it private and share it only if you wish. Organic House Music does not automatically send these files to us. Any backup, sharing or synchronization you arrange through Android, your browser or a cloud service is governed by that service's settings and policy.
Audio is streamed directly from independent radio stations, publishers and their hosting or delivery services. Current-track information is requested from supported stations while listening. These connections necessarily reveal your IP address and may reveal ordinary request details such as the requested resource, connection time and browser or device information to the receiving service. Providers may use network information to deliver content, secure their systems and maintain their own logs. We do not control their retention practices or the information included in their broadcasts.
Providers include radio.co, Radiojar, radio and podcast hosting services, archive.org and the audio publishers linked in Music credits. The catalog may change. Some providers use further delivery hosts or redirects. Public current-track requests omit credentials and referrer information; this does not hide your IP address from the receiving provider. Saving a radio discovery stores text, station and date, not an audio recording. The app does not provide offline audio downloads.
The Android release is intended to support Google AdMob advertising configured through Andromo. When AdMob is enabled, Google and any advertising partners actually used in that release may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising or other device identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information. Processing can support ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The exact processing depends on the SDK version, advertising partners, settings, region and your choices. The HTML5 source by itself contains no AdMob SDK or analytics script.
Where required, the Android app must present consent or privacy choices before relevant advertising processing. Available options depend on your region and the release's consent setup. You can also review Android's advertising privacy controls. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all technical processing needed to deliver or protect ads. If you email projects.mma@gmail.com, we receive the address you use and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate the reported issue and keep necessary correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive information or a full library backup unless it is needed for your request. Email is handled by our email service provider, Google, under its applicable terms and privacy policy. We keep support information only as long as reasonably needed for the request and legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations, then delete it or remove identifying details.
The HTML5 player does not sell your local library or provide a library-sharing backend. Audio and metadata providers receive the network information needed for the connections described above. AdMob and its configured partners process information when advertising is enabled. Service providers handling support correspondence also receive the information you send. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to address security, misuse or legal claims. These services may operate in countries other than your own and apply their own policies. Links opened from the app, including Music credits, take you to independent services.
Local library records remain until you delete individual saved entries, clear the app's storage, or remove the app and its locally retained data. Android or browser backup and restore may retain or restore data depending on your settings. To remove all local Organic House Music records, use Android Settings to clear this app's storage; this also resets your preferences. Delete exported backup files separately, including copies in cloud storage. Export first if you want to keep your library. We cannot remotely view or delete a library stored only on your device. Advertising and streaming providers set their own retention periods; consult their policies and privacy controls.
The app is configured to request audio and metadata over HTTPS and limits the kinds of resources its HTML5 page can load. Local storage is not an encrypted personal vault. Device access, exported backups and the security of third-party services also affect your privacy. No software, storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can choose whether to play a stream, save library entries, import or export a backup, or contact support. You can clear local storage as described above. Where offered or required, use the Android release's advertising privacy choices to review or change your consent. Your Android device may provide additional advertising controls. Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Organic House Music has no account to delete.
Organic House Music is a general music listening service and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information to VibeLab Studio. Radio and artist programming is supplied by third parties and may vary. If you believe a child sent personal information to us, contact projects.mma@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. The Android release's declared audience and advertising treatment must match its actual content and configuration.
We may update this policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be handled as required.
