AFTERHOURS
House Music Radio by VibeLab Studio
Contact: projects.mma@gmail.com
This policy explains information handling in AFTERHOURS House Music, a house music and radio application from VibeLab Studio. The listening interface is built with HTML5 and is packaged for Android using Andromo. This policy covers local listening features, connections to independent audio providers, and Google AdMob advertising when enabled in the Android release.
The listening interface stores favorites, recent listening, playback positions, playlists and their names, playback queue, volume, language, motion settings and resume preferences in local app storage. These details support your library and help you return to your listening. The HTML5 interface does not upload this library to a VibeLab Studio server and does not offer user accounts.
If you choose Export library, the app creates a JSON file on your device. It may contain your listening preferences and playlist names. Import library reads a file you select to restore or merge that information. Exported files are under your control; sharing or backing them up outside the app is your choice. Android system backups, if enabled for the packaged app, are governed by your device and account settings.
Audio streams and recordings are delivered by independent third-party broadcasters and media hosts. When you play audio, your device connects to those services. They receive information needed for that connection, such as your IP address, the requested media URL, request time, and device or browser request headers. They may keep access logs under their own policies. IP addresses can indicate an approximate location. We do not request precise GPS location in the HTML5 listening interface.
Streaming requires an internet connection. A saved favorite or playback position is not an offline copy of a recording. Broadcasters may include their own advertisements or announcements within a stream.
The Android release may display Google AdMob ads through Andromo, even though advertising code is not part of the HTML5 listening files. When advertising is enabled, Google and any configured advertising partners may collect and share information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Depending on configuration and your choices, this can include IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising or other device identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions and diagnostic information.
Personalized advertising and other processing depend on applicable law, consent and the final advertising configuration. Where required, the Android release must present privacy choices and a way to revisit them. Your device's advertising privacy settings may also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. These choices do not necessarily remove advertising or broadcasters' own stream announcements.
Google explains its practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Andromo provides the Android container and integrates enabled native services. These may process technical information needed to operate those services. Andromo's privacy information is available at https://www.andromo.com/privacy-policy/.
The inspected HTML5 listening interface contains no separate analytics service and does not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise location access. Native SDKs and Android permissions depend on the packaged release; review Android's App info and permission controls. Opening this privacy policy online or contacting us by email also connects to the hosting or email service you use.
Local preferences are used to operate playback, remember choices and provide library backup. Audio providers receive requests to deliver selected audio. Advertising providers process information as described above. VibeLab Studio does not operate a cloud listening-profile service for the HTML5 interface.
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include, and use it to respond and resolve the issue. Our email provider processes that correspondence. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. Advertising services and stream providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own policies and safeguards.
Local library information normally remains until you remove entries, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app, subject to device backup and restore behavior. Clearing storage resets preferences and saved playback information. Files you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them until you delete them separately.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. Third-party advertising and media services determine retention of information they receive. We cannot erase a provider's logs directly; contact that provider or use its privacy controls where available.
We use local storage for library preferences and initially configure audio links with HTTPS. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and a local library is not a password-protected vault. Do not put sensitive information in playlist names or shared backup files. Third-party connections and the Android container have their own security controls.
You can manage saved items in the app, disable automatic resume, export your library, and clear app storage through Android. You can manage Android permissions and advertising settings on your device. Where an advertising privacy message applies, use the privacy choices supplied by the Android release to review or withdraw choices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing, including applicable advertising sale/sharing opt-outs. Contact projects.mma@gmail.com about information held by VibeLab Studio. We will handle requests under applicable law and may need information to verify and understand them. You may also contact your relevant privacy authority. The HTML5 interface has no user accounts to delete.
AFTERHOURS is intended for a general house-music audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the listening interface. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Live audio and advertisements are supplied by third parties; a general-audience statement does not guarantee that every stream is suitable for every age.
We may update this policy when the app, enabled services or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
