Each class I have taken, every member of faculty I have met, study I have read, assessment I have taken, and facilitation I have delivered as part of the Creativity and Change Leadership Program has shaped my philosophical views on creativity which are as follows:
Everyone has the potential to be creative; creativity is a skill that can be practiced, just like learning how to draw, playing an instrument, or cooking. Participating in the practice of creativity everyday can be impactful on our mental health and well-being. If we exercise our creativity consistently, we will be equipped for problem solving in a variety of situations and may even find that we can become leaders of change to promote creativity further.
