For CRS 635 I presented a summary of the Trait Approach (Chapter 2) from the 9th edition of Leadership: Theory and Practice by Peter G. Northouse. My presentation included past research from the Trait Approach, Major Leadership Traits, Emotional Intelligence, etc. I also made a takeaway brochure for the VIA classification that is suggested in the chapter for my classmates.
