Requesting VCU Clinic Followup

The GI Fellow is responsible for requesting GI follow-up appointments. 

To schedule, send a message in EPIC to the following pools/ individuals: 

• • • Fellows clinic at VCU: 

      • External requests: Use the pool "MC AOP Front Desk Staff"

      • Follow ups from inpatient service (GI consults/Hep consults/DHS non-transplant): "MC AOP Front Desk Staff"

    • Gastroenterology Clinic appointments (IBD, Nutrition clinic, pancreatitis clinic, GI NP):

      • MC 9105 GI/Hepatology Front Desk (Stony Point Clinic)

      • MC GB GI-Hepatology Front Desk (MCV Campus Clinic)

    • Hepatology Clinic appointments: 

      • MC 9105 GI/Hepatology Front Desk (Stony Point Clinic)

      • MC GB GI-Hepatology Front Desk (MCV Campus Clinic)

    • Liver transplant clinic patients:
