VCU/VA Call Changes: If you want a call swap, it is your duty to find a willing co-fellow to switch; THEN notify a chief of the agreed upon changes BY EMAIL. The notified chief will then verify the swap is compatible with the schedule and determine if it can be approved and notify the correct people.
